Some of my products are created using Printify which produces items using their printing provider partners’ services.

According to Printify policies “Printify only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Printify Credits.

Printify only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.”

Printify will require all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, Printify will determine if the customer are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost.

If you received a different item than what you ordered, including incorrect colours, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement.”
